Concept & Design
The spatial organization of the building follows a U-shape, framing a central courtyard that becomes the heart of the project.
This layout creates a meeting and relaxation space where visitors can move freely, promotes natural ventilation, improving thermal comfort, and allows optimal visibility of storefronts from multiple angles.
The widespread use of glass on the facades gives the Diamond Center a light and elegant aesthetic. This transparency maximizes natural light entry, reduces energy consumption, and strengthens visual integration with the environment. It creates a sense of space and fluidity, blurring the boundary between commerce and public space.
